Public Relations

The Public Relations Division oversees Community Risk Reduction and Community Outreach. This division is responsible for a variety of community/public relations duties, including community education and prevention material, classs and programs, as well as all District marketing and communications. 

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assists in community preparedness event and training planning
  • Assists with the maintenance of the Fire District website, social media outlets, and media interactions
  • Plans public information strategies
  • Develops feedback strategies
  • Does information dissemination to notify citizens and other stakeholders of the Fire District’s activities and information
  • School & business presentations, including fire and EMS prevention
  • Assists with District and Community Data Analytics
  • Manages and assists with District Accreditation
